The Inner Smile Meditation
We often get so out of touch with our Bodies & our Emotions that we do not notice Inner Disharmony developing until it finally manifests as a serious illness. When we only have Energy for to make money & for the ouside, the whole system, Organs run down.
Pain is like frozen water, smile Sunshine in your Organs.
When our Body sit too long, water is standing. The TAO say, make Energy move, Fluid follow & spin. When the Heart has too much Energy – Fire, this melt the Lungs & Metal digestion, an Internal Conflict.
Inner smile inwardly, forgive, forget, let go all negative Emotions from the past. We send out to be compost in the Earth. Relax the Mind, strengthen Immunsystem, improve Digestion, Balance Emotions and
detoxify Body.
The Cream of Chinese TAO is The Inner Smile. Heart, Lower Tan Tien, Light changes, you have graceful more Love, Universal Love.
Wheels of Life, Chakra System, CHI field flow, Emotional Anatomy. The Eyes are the first to receive emotional Signals. When you smile to your Organs, then you have a good communication with them.
When you are stressed or fearful, all the Organs & Senses are closed. For example, when the Kidneys are in well function, you will be more alert & thus, able to learn.
The Heart provides the spirit for learning & is the seat of Joy. Inner smile begins in the Eyes. They are linked to the autonomic nervous System, which regulates the action of the Organs & Glands. Smile into your Eyes, send Love, Joy, Happiness, unconditional Love.
The Upper Tan Tien seat is the brain & the seat of the Crystal room. The Upper Tan Tien is following the Life. The Upper Mind is the logical thinking, planning, calculating & worrying Mind. The key is to learn to release the Mind by learning to sink the Chi to the Lower Tan Tien.
The Crystal room connects with the North Star. Crown Chakra & Third Eye connect & grow Spiritual with Cosmic Healing Energy from the North Star. This we learn in Cosmic Healing I.
The Heart Center, middle Tan Tien. The original spirit (Shen) is stored here. Here you feel Love & send Love. The first Love is to yourself. Then we send Love, Joy, unconditional Love & Compassion to our Familie, Friends, to the Earth.Your Heart generates a strong electromagnetic field & around the body, similar to the biomagnetic field of the human Aura & the geomagnetic field of the Earth.
The mind & the Heart have connections so forgive, forget, let go, meet the conflict with Compassion. If we do not Love ourself we cannot have a Healthy Loving Relationship.
The lower Tan Tien, lower abdomen at the Navel is like an empty Universe or Ocean. Here is the Original Force, Kung Fu, it never changes. Here we fill & create a CHI ball filled with Cosmic Healing Energy. We learn opening the 3. Eye, the Heavenly Mirror. Learn to feed Primordial Light Cosmic Healing Energy with the Colour of Violet in our Crystal room & fill down to the Heart & lower Tan Tien.
Healing Colours
Clean with blue Light
Blue has a cooling effect, it can reduce pain & all kind of negative Energy. It reduce fewer & relax the body. Blue has the Yin power. It cleans out the Kidneys & Bladder. Body has 70 % Water 30 % Materie.
Clean with green Light
Green cleans & detoxifies all of the body`s Cells. Green Chi is important for Healing Cancer & diseased parts. Green Light gives Liver & Gallbladder high energy to reduce the poison of the Body. It makes strong Roots. Blue Light & Green Light creates a high Energy cycle of Heaven & Earth.
Orange Chi
Use light Orange mixed with white Chi. Use this powerful Colour for sensitive areas near the Head, Eyes, Brain, Heart, Spleen & the Spleen Center, Throat Center. Orange Chi has a stimulating effect on Large Intestin, helps to remove Menstrual Problems, Allergies, Cysts, Kidney, Bladder, Lung Problems. Helps to remove Blood Clots.
Violet Chi
Violet Light has rapid regenerating effects on damaged Organs & Nerves or fresh Wounds & Infections. Both White & Violet have the properties of all the Chi Colours. The difference is that Violet Chi has a greater penetrating effect & is easier to assimilate than White. To strengthen a weakened part, treating Tumours & Cancer Light White & Violet can be used. Master Shirley Mueller
Healed & teached Cosmic Healing I in Germany in her Vita Harmony Healing TAO Center since 2002 certified as a Cosmic Healing Chi King CHI Teacher after 2,5 month daily learning in Universal Healing TAO Academy, TAO Garden Health Resort, Chiang Mai, Thailand by Grandmaster Mantak Chia.
In 2004 Shirley was Student for 2,5 month again in TAO Garden & studied complete Universal TAO Instructor & Medical Chi Ney Tsang I & II Massage certified.
Since 1997 Shirley Mueller was Student in Germany every year by Grandmaster Mantak Chia in
Basic Seminars.
Shirley Mueller heales patients every day in her Healing Practice room. They healed over 3000 Patient a Year. Shirley Mueller is from Master Ning certified as a Medical Zhineng Self Healing Qi Gong Master & Teacher.
Master Shirley Mueller`s Healing Channels opened 1994 as a REIKI Master Teacher. She certified & trained many hundred students in Healing REIKI I & II & Master.
